Has anyone had an article about writing for a writing magazine or a website/ email newsletter, etc.? I'd like to try something for The Writer but it seems funny to present myself as an authority on writing. Which is what you'd be doing, isn't it?

Re: Written for a Writing Magazine?
Sat, April 9, 2005 - 5:30 PMBack in 1997 I had an article pubbed in Writer's Digest. I wasn't an expert then and I'm not now. I don't believe you have to be an expert to have an article pubbed in there. Perhaps you have a method you use in your writing life that would be helpful/informative for other writers, so share that! No one is the Final Authority on Writing. No one! You're simply sharing an idea or a take on writing that works for you in your writing life. So I say go for it!
